Cancellation Policy
When a customer requests that we want to cancel an order, the action we take depends on whether we have already shipped the order or not.
Customers Can cancel their products within 1 working day by contacting us on email or by phone call.
If we have already shipped the order, then we contact the buyer to explain the order has already been shipped and offer the option to return the item.
In this Case, If Customers pay Online payment then 4 percent fees will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer with Shipping charges also. Upon receipt of the return, we can issue a refund for the order.
If we have not yet shipped the order, we will cancel the order through our portal and the amount will be refunded to the customer.
